The New Rider Course - $285** weekends & $250** weekdays --- If you are new to riding or returning after several years

The New Rider Course (MSF Basic RiderCourse) is for students that are new to motorcycling, scootering, or returning to the sport after several years.  You do not have to own a motorcycle and you don't have to know how to ride before the class.  You must be able to ride a bicycle and have an average level of coordination and balance.  You do not have to have a learner permit or license to take this class.  In this course, you'll learn how to operate a motorcycle safely, with emphasis on the special skills and mental attitudes necessary for dealing with traffic.  Coaches will start you off with straight-line riding, turning, shifting and stopping.  The tuition covers the use of our training motorcycle and full-face helmet.

The Experienced Rider Course - $185** --- For experienced riders on a permit or without a license

The Experienced Rider Course  is for experienced motorcycle and scooter riders with or without a license that have been riding for some time either on a permit or without a license. This is a one day class that leads to students earning a waiver from taking the DDS written and skills exam. You take this course using your street legal motorcycle or scooter.  Please review all the requirements and limitations for this class by clicking on this link.

(Note: If you are not an experienced rider do not sign up for this class; take the New Rider Course. All students will be given a riding skill evaluation at the start of the class and must demonstrate sufficient riding skills to continue. The Rider Coach has the final say in the evaluation and those without sufficient skills will not be allowed to continue. There are no refunds.)

*Georgia State License Exam Waiver
Successful completion of a course earns the graduate a MSF Completion Card and State of Georgia waiver card.  The waiver card grants a waiver from the Department of Driver Services’ motorcycle licensing written test and on-cycle riding test.  It does not waive the vision test or any fees. The card is only valid for 90 days from the day the course ends, so you will have 90 days to take it to DDS and get them to put your "M" endorsement on you drivers license. Students under the age of 18 who successfully complete the Basic Course MUST be at least 17 years of age BEFORE the 90-day waiver period expires to get their license. They must also meet the requirements of Joshua’s Law (Contact Georgia DDS for details).
